Driver Age and License: 

Minimum age is 21 years old for all cars. All drivers must be holders of European or (international for non-EU citizen) licenses for at least one year. 

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft

Included in the price of the rental and carries an excess of €500 for all cars. Payable by the renter for any damage to the car during the rental. 

Insurances do NOT cover: 

Accidents by a non-authorized driver. Driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and on the wrong side of the road. Driving on Non-Asphalt roads. Damage to the undercarriage, wheels, tyres, car roof, glasses, loss, locking, or damage to the key, to the interior, and personal belongings.

For any accident or incident, an administration fee of 75€ plus VAT applies, for extreme dirtiness or wet seats in the car 50 euro fee applies.

Car insurance covers Kefalonia island only.

Additional Drivers: 1st is free, for the 2nd – 3ed additional driver, there is a daily charge of 4euro vat included. The additional drivers must accept the same terms & conditions as the main driver.

Get a car out of office hours: on request with €30 per way between 21:30 – 23:30 and 07:00 – 08:30 hours, Office Hours (09:00 – 21:00)

Gasoline: same to same. No refunds are given for excess fuel left in the vehicle. The refueling service charge is € 10.

Baby and Booster seats: Available baby seats for ages 8 to 36 months and booster seats for ages 4-5 years. Provided upon reservation, with a daily charge of € 4 (vat included) per item. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly attach baby seats.

Luggage Racks, GPS & Snow Chains: Not provided.

Rental Car Brands & Models: All bookings are made by car category and not by car type or model. Baggage (luggage) placement is the customer’s responsibility. The company cannot be held liable for damage to luggage/baggage or if they don’t fit in the car.

Taxes & VAT 24%:  Included in the rental price.

Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines from illegal parking and violations of the traffic code that may occur during the rental period, are the renters’ responsibility and will be charged to their credit card.

With the reservation, the renter states that read and accept the above terms. The company reserves the right to amend the rates or terms and conditions at any time.

Fee cancellation: cancellation fee is 25% of the total amount.

Rental Security deposit: There is a 25% deposit in order to book the car and the balance must be paid during the arrival.. It is required that the renter is a credit card holder to cover the excess amount of 500 euros in order to proceed to the car rental. If you don’t have a credit card you can still rent with us, by leaving the security deposit in cash on the collection of the car.
